Terms and Conditions

Welcome to MOMONEYO. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. User Obligations

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a campaign or make a donation.
• You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or campaign.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Ghana.

2. Campaign Creation and Approval

• Campaign creators must submit their campaigns for review. We reserve the right to approve or reject any campaign at our sole discretion.
• You may not create campaigns that are fraudulent, misleading, or in violation of our acceptable use policy. Prohibited content includes anything illegal, hateful, or related to terrorism.
• Campaign creators are solely responsible for fulfilling any promises or rewards offered to donors.

3. Payment Processing

• All payments and donations are processed through our third-party payment gateway, Pawapay.
• By donating, you agree to Pawapay's terms of service and privacy policy. MOMONEYO is not responsible for any issues arising from the payment processor, including outages or transaction disputes.
• Fees for transactions are determined by Pawapay and MOMONEYO. Please refer to our Pricing & Fees section for more details.

4. Intellectual Property

The MOMONEYO name, logo, and platform are the property of MOMONEYO. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent. Content you upload to the platform remains your intellectual property, but you grant us a license to display it in connection with our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

MOMONEYO provides the platform "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages or losses related to your use of the services, including the success or failure of any campaign. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms will not exceed the amount of platform fees we have collected from your campaigns.

6. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these terms will be governed by the laws of Ghana. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Accra, Ghana to resolve any legal matter.

7. Modification and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
• We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms.
